After beginning as footballcv.com — a unique CV-style portal that enabled unsigned footballers to register their details for professional clubs and scouts to access — Football105 has expanded to provide a range of services for football clubs and businesses around the world.
Football105 partnered up with electronic giants Samsung to find the best unsigned player in the UK to win a professional contract at League One Swindon Town FC.
Football105 ran the rule over thousands of entrants who were shortlisted to attend a series of trials throughout the UK. Eventually 22 players were selected for Swindon’s First Team Manager and FootballCV scouts to choose the one lucky player.
